The 2013 Sheffield Food Festival Photography Award

Love food? Love taking photos? Then why not try your hand at out new competition for this years festival. We look forward to seeing your pictures!

Our theme is 'From Field to Fork to Photograph' which references the journeys made by food from the place where it is produced to the place where it is consumed.

The award is open to all ages and abilities with 3 categories and 3 age groups.

the one pot vegetable garden

This competition is open to all schools and school children in the region as part of the 'field to fork' educational initiative of the 2013 Food Festival.

This year we have exciting plans afoot for the Festival and will be creating our very own allotment in the City celebrating Sheffield's status as 'the green city' by connecting our rural & urban landscapes right in the heart of the City centre on Town Hall Square

We want children to plan, plant and grow their very own one pot vegetable(s), and submit their one pot garden along with their favourite recipe using the vegetables that they have grown.

This competition is being run in conjunction with Taylor Shaw, with prizes provided by
